Teri’s Tea Time      

Booking your party:  After your party date is confirmed, we must receive your reservation form and $50.00 deposit within 3 days to book your party.  Final payment of the balance must be paid in cash, and is due prior to the start of the party.

Cancellation and Refunds:  If you must cancel your party date for any reason, the following refund policy will apply:  We will be unable to refund your deposit.  We will gladly offer an alternate party date, if you need to reschedule.  In the event of a serious illness, increment weather, or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel any event and offer an alternate party date.

Party Times:  Parties are approximately 2 hours.  The party hostess will arrive about one hour before the scheduled party time to set up and require about 30 minutes to clean up after the party.

Arriving and Departure Times:  It is suggested that the Birthday Girl and guests arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the scheduled party time.  Extended hours for parties must be made in advance.  Teri’s Tea appreciates your understanding and consideration.

Payment:   The balance is due when the party hostess arrives to set-up and must be made via cash.

Additional Hostess:  Parties with  12-16 guests attending require an additional fee of $50.00 for an additional hostess.  Parties with 17-20 guests attending will require an additional two party hostesses at $50.00 each.

If a guest doesn’t show up:  Please remember, you will be charged for the final head count you gave prior to the party.

Costumes:  It is suggested that guests wear tank tops/leotards under provided dresses. 

Parking:  Please leave a place for us to park near the entrance where we will not be blocked in. Due to bringing heavy items, we appreciate easy access to your party.

If a guest arrives late:  Due to our parties based on a schedule, they run much smoother if your guests arrive on time.  Those that do arrive late may join the party at whatever point it has progressed.  Example:  The group has already completed the craft session and has moved on to the dress-up, the late guest must skip the craft session and join in the dress up.  (The missed craft will be bagged for the late guest to take home and complete).  This is necessary in order to provide the least amount of disruption to the party.  Your understanding is appreciated.

Parents of the guests:  Due to the amount of movement of the party with crafts, dress up, makeup and picture taking, we suggest that if there is ample room without interference, parents are encouraged to stay.

  

If a guest doesn’t want to participate or becomes ill:  Teri’s Tea Time is only responsible for hosting your party and engaging the guests in the activities we provide.  Good behavior is always encouraged, but it is your responsibility to monitor and take charge if a guest is not behaving, becomes ill or does not want to participate.  We are not responsible for the behavior of the guests.

Siblings of guests:  Due to many accessories that contain small parts at our parties all guests under 5 years of age must be supervised.  Also please remember that our party packages cover only the birthday girls and her guests.  Unfortunately, unexpected guests or siblings of guests will not be accommodated, as we prepare our parties based on the final head count given to us prior to the party.  Siblings of any age, who are not guests of the birthday girl, will not be permitted to use any items provided by Teri’s Tea Time.

Please:  Provide a safe and clean area for all activities.

                     Provide a smoke free environment.

                     Remain near the party at all times.

                     Provide tables and chairs for your party guests.

                     Provide a safe and clean area for dress up and all activities.

 

Teri’s Tea Time assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during your

party.  Your party host will work to ensure that your guests and home are treated in a responsible manner.

Teri’s Tea Time is not responsible for any allergic reactions to wearing any costumes, makeup, or accessories.  It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to inform the client of any allergies prior to or during the party.
